Investment advisory services and/or financial planning services will only be rendered after all of the following conditions are met:
- Registration of the advisor with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as a registered investment advisor if the advisor has more than $25 million under management.
- Delivery of a disclosure statement by advisor to client.
- Execution of the investment and financial planning agreement between the client and advisor.
- Initial payment of the financial planning or investment advisory fee by the client to the advisor.
